Refunds & Returns
All of our products are custom-made to order, and as such, we do not accept refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges thatthey have reviewed the product details and selected the correct specifications.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 5 days ofdelivery, and provide the following:
-A clear photo showing the defect or damage
-A photo of the barcode label on the product packaging Once verified, we’ll process the replacement or refund promptly.
Exclusions
We cannot provide refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
-Incorrect size, color, or artwork was selected during purchase
-The product was delivered as ordered, but the customer changed their mind
-Minor variations in color, alignment, or print placement that fall within industry-standard tolerances
Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Country Selection
Each order must correspond to a single shipping destination. Do not select more than one country per order, as this may cause fulfillment errors or delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Our orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Wevier Art is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
